* Pay is good, high after you have been there for so long. * Work culture can be good and bad in many different departments * Willing to work with you to some degree to do part time work and go to school.
Cons
* Won't pay for school * Company is tolerant to open hostility shone by management to minority women laborers. *Don't value their employees, and will fire too many people when things get slow for a few months, has trouble with employee retention because of this.
