Interview was simple. Phone screening with HR , then phone interview with the hiring manager. Next step, face to face interview with the owners , the president, CFO, HR and 1 colleagues. They were pretty laid back and easy-going.

I was called in for 1st interview questions were typical questions, after 1 week I was call back for second interview this interview was more grilling with 3 managers asking questions after the 3rd interview I was offered a job.

Give us an example of the most difficult employee that you had working under you, give a example how you motivated this employee to get the employees buy in to the task you was asking the employee to do, the steps taking to achive your goal.
