I came from a toxic treatment environment and was terrified to take the leap, fearing it would be the same or worse. CBH has been nothing but a breath of fresh air in the treatment world, staff and directors have autonomy to make decisions, the program remains clinically driven, the team is small and they truly care about clients, and leadership actually cares and hears you when you need them to. Everything I was “sold”prior to hire has been true
Cons
Can be high stress with the population or staff being out sick as others have to fill in, PTO can be better, sometimes feels disconnect from varying departments

Pros
Great CEO, clinical staff, and a very good mental health program. This is a high stress environment, so beware. I was proud to work there, but culture needs work.
Cons
No benefits when I was there. One silent partner is rude and not so silent. Doesn't treat people well and doesn't know the space. Should consider staying silent.
