1. Only good for beginners – No growth for experienced staff. 2. Flexible shifts? Not always – Often last-minute changes. 3. Diverse team, but divided – No real unity or support. 4. Big company, but no care – You're just a number here. 5. Basic benefits, nothing special – Not enough to stay motivated.

1. Management doesn’t listen to staff. 2. Unfair workload given to few. 3. Hard work not rewarded properly. 4. Toxic environment with rude coworkers. 5. No support from upper leadership. 6. False promises, no real promotion. 7. Loyalty is ignored by company. 8. Schedules change without any notice. 9. Broken equipment never gets fixed. 10. No career growth or training. 11. Unfairly fired without clear reason. 12. Racism and discrimination still exist.
