      Thanks for taking the time to write such a great review of Compare.com. In our early days, we certainly were rushing around, but as we've matured (a little) we are making sure that we do things properly. That said, we still have a laid back atmosphere and between pajama day and Halloween dress-up competitions, it can feel like there's no dress code!

      Pros

      Compare.com is a great place to work. They really care about their employees and want to ensure they are happy. This place has a great culture and great benefits. We get 22 PTO days, 401K, medical benefits etc. There are also fun activities always going on and there are culture clubs for every interest.

      Cons

      I haven't encountered any negative things so far!
