Full Benefits. Other than that, nothing. I refused to recommend friends at the height of the recession because it was miserable

Horrible working conditions No appreciation for ANY staff other than doctors Basically run like a sweatshop Management does not care about anything High turnover rate Pay is extremely low Management is ignorant about low morale and does not actually care Management actually makes decisions that are reversed 3 months later because they cause more harm than good
