      Cons

      Low pay, high call volume, not enough training, too much information to learn in little time. Micromanaging and pressure from management. I was let go because of my own mistake however, they returned my purse, food and water bottle by leaving it on the floor next to a desk and couch it could’ve been left on. I felt extremely disrespected
