Pros

Great place to serve and support clients with disabilities. Co workers are friendly and the mission of the company is one that most people can and should support.

Cons

HR can be a bit harsh with staff at times due to high caseloads. Don't make mistakes that affect the company's reputation and you will be fine. Sometimes extra responsibilities are placed on your shoulders that are outside your job description but generally CIWP is a good place to work.

Pros

Impossible to get fired I guess

Cons

Absolutely no room for growth, no raises, and no power to actually help your clients. You're just a bus driver essentially.
