They have some pros but their cons offset all their pros
Cons
I left a company on good note and condition that they will put me back to work after coming back from a 1 month leave. I came back and they did not take me back and gave the opportunity to someone else. Because of this I suffered a big financial loss and at this time I am umeployed.

I'm so sorry that this was your experience. I can say however that knowing your particular situation we did not promise you would get your job back. You resigned after less than two weeks stating a variety of personal reasons that needed to be handled before you could commit yourself to full time employment. We understood but were up front and honest that we needed to fill the role and would be recruiting for it again. By the time you reached out and indicated you were available again we had already found another candidate. I'm so sorry that this didn't work out for you. We wish you the best of luck.
