      People individually were nice, perks of having paid government holidays off.

      Cons

      Very disorganized, behind the times, staff constantly talked behind peoples backs, constant turnover, management doesn't seem to understand or care about operations.

      Employee health insuance is paid for by CCU.

      Cons

      People leaving has created a teller shortage. During lunches there is only one teller. I work hard to keep up but have been reprimanded because referrals are not given to every person, and therefore customer review scores have fallen.
