      Pros

      Working at CAO is a great opportunity to give back to the community. Everyone working here shares the vision and the goal of improving the lives of those that are struggling and need support.

      Cons

      As is usual for non profits the pay is not sufficient. Not terrible but not where is should be especially considering the emotional labor required in this field.
