- Didn't really see any . Rarely in contact with anyone but the sales manager and CEO.
Cons
-Horrible management -Lack of leadership -No vision, the people are there for 10+ years and have 0 management experience. -99% of the sales are done in Quebec because of gov grants, they have no success in Canadian market or US market. -Products lacks massive features -They don't listen to clients needs , only care about themselves - Huge Turnover , low pay, and comp plan is a joke. - Very cheap company in general .

Colleagues were great. Some activities as well. Hype environment.
Cons
Lack of support from leadership. Terrible onboarding. Disconnect from sales teams and what the erp can really do. BAs are the ones having to tell customers the reality.
