      Pros

      Solid community of employees, bright up and coming youth.

      Cons

      Management are prone to a heavy dose of micromanagement. Unprofessional environment that has a culture more of a High school than a corporate setting. Work life balance was not worth the compensation, lack of appreciation for the work that was completed, unrealistic expectations.
