      Pros

      I wish I could say positive things about Comar West Bend but I’d be lying.

      Cons

      Poorly run company that does not value its employees. Every decision made from the top down negatively impacted its workers, from pay raises to shift changes. Employees are under paid and under appreciated and supervisors are challenged when fighting for a fair raise for the workers. Plant managers and Human Resources are unreliable, incompetent and extremely disconnected from subordinates. A lot of promises were made and none kept. Hiring practices are highly unethical.

Regarding your comments on wages, Comar is making a continuous effort to evaluate and stay current with the fast-changing marketplace to ensure competitive pay and benefits. Additionally, we have put hourly career progression programs in place. We would have hoped your experience to be better and we are sorry that was not the case.

      Pros

      Good place to grow in experience and knowledge.

      Cons

      You can't grow by getting a better position either good raise. You get benefits, but they limit or control the way you use your dates(sick-day, personal time and vacation). Insurance package is very poor, especially if you've family. they take out of your check around $300.

      Pros

      Good salary. Period. The Voorhees building was nice. Can't say much else. Worst work environment in 40 years of working.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment, "not my job" mentality, no HR employee support, adversity between departments, name calling, bosses yelling at people, inability to make and ship correct product, multiple quality issues every day. Feel bad for customers.
