      Great concept with great water operators that they serve doing good work.

      Cons

      E.D. has never run an office and knows none of the qualifications - board is unaware - finance works hard but no one is treated equally.

      Pros

      People that were working there at that time were a very close family that cared about each other and supported the efforts of the organization fully.

      Cons

      New management deflated the team and most of the good people are now gone. A revolving door of employees began just before me and continued until less tha a few of the original employees prior to 2018 are still there.
