Pros

Benefits and that is it

Cons

Its a company that lives 10 years behind everything, product, growth, processes. In my first couple months I was shocked to see how they sell, POC takes forever, its an on premise product that caters to legacy companies, sales engineers are just data scientist, no business skill set. Never seen such terrible demos in my life, they will put you to sleep. Only talent in data is appreciated. No strategy, leadership is mostly run by dimwits, who have no idea how to sell saas products. Living in 1990s. none of the sales engineers can describe what the product does, no value based selling. Shocked how poor the companys security is as well Completely regretted joining and I left as soon as i found something better

It hurts to be here at the moment

Pros

There are some really talented and passionate people still here. Pay and benefits are good. Given the wide range of locations, people respect your schedule, there is flexibility.

Cons

The culture has deteriorated so much in the last year, it feels like another company. The internal surveys and the external platforms like this one all reflect that. General sentiment in the company is "I could be the next to be let go, so I am just going to do the bare minimum". Very disheartening! The executive who missed the key target 4 quarters in a row, is still tolerated. While the org under this exec is constantly threatened and laid off. Hiring the wrong person is always very costly, but the cost increases exponentially when its an executive.
