Pros

Fun atmosphere, easy going bosses that have become lifelong friends!

Cons

The mall changes the hours frequently with covid so shift times can change, but the owners are good about making schedules that work for everyone

Pros

Kind people, fun and interesting work

Cons

First and foremost: abysmal pay. Collab has no issue paying people with the same job title vastly different salaries and will take advantage of anyone who doesn’t know their worth. No job security. Job title raises take forever. Bonuses are a joke…I’m talking $500 a quarter. You get two weeks time off TOTAL - that includes sick and vacation. If you have a surgery scheduled the same year you want to go on a trip…good luck. Enjoy your ten days. Lastly, what kind of company hires like crazy for 3 months then does a mass layoff…the same year they purchase a massive piece of real estate in the most expensive part of the most expensive state?

Pros

The people are incredible. Eaxh of them are bright, competent, and share the same indefatigable quality that's necessary to work in digital.

Cons

Our office is in an incredibly unsafe location. Employees are frequently harassed on their way to and from the parking lot. The executives have been notified and still haven't done anything, even as people in the area have gotten more aggressive. The building itself is literally crumbling, with paint peeling from the walls of the stairwell and portions of the floor broken to expose what's below. The restrooms frequently clog and the elevators are constantly breaking down. An employee got stuck in one recently. Every employee who works for the company is underpaid compared to the average salary in the industry. Management will frequently make about-faces on plans to the extent that people don't put in effort because they're all unsure if tomorrow that same project will be a priority. There's also no opportunity for career advancement for large portions of the company, so if you stay for a long time you're pretty much stuck.
