1. Rather friendly people, willing to help if asked properly. 2. Plenty opportunities to develop hard skiils. 3. Quite relaxed atmosphere, you don't need a permission to do side projects.
Cons
1. You're hired for single purpose and you're not getting new projects if you don't ask. 2. You really need to insist on your involvement in the new projects 3. The remote work is possible only in few departments, otherwise you're sticked to the office
