      - Great culture, almost feels like family. Doesn't let you feel like an employee - Talented peers - Management hears you. If you make fair points, it will be acted upon

      Pros

      Great work culture. Lots of learning. Flat hierarchy, you can ping the CEO, Senior management and they respond to you. Work with mostly pro developers.

      Nothing that i have seen in my 8 months journey here.
