      1) Good Teamwork 2) The best place to learn new technologies 3) Innovative things, which will lead to a "Successive Entrepreneur" 4) A friendly environment 5) Easy to share things with peoples 6) Best R & D work 7) Satisfaction and Best product Delivery on time

      Pros

      You'll get freedom to implement what you know, if you are good at that skill. Company is making profits, recently moved to New office from co working space. . Nice learning curve but development time is so less, people end up developing more bugs than features. Few really good people around.

      Cons

      - Two faced CEO - Team lead (COO apparently) is actually very good by heart, but is moderated by CEO himself, so has literally no space to make any decisions. - Stop blaming me for posting this now. I'm posting only because of things I saw during my time here. Stop doing all those and automatically these feedbacks will stop :)
