Cons
The company has a history of hiring Black workers into lower level positions compared to white workers with similar backgrounds and qualifications. The processes that govern basic business functions are a mess, leaving staff unprepared to support clients and answer questions. Leadership lacks accountability and consistently dismisses feedback from staff and clients. These systemic issues culminated in a 100% turnover of staff in 2024.
