Pros
Flexibility with availability and booking shifts
Cons
Money orientated company who tick diagnostic boxes only. They don't allow experienced clinicians to conduct assessments properly, they cut corners, don't allow appropriate levels of comms with clients for more in depth information. They use some inappropriate screening tools which produce low value information. They block timely clinician-client communications to delay the finalisation of reports. Their fees have been cut to disgusting levels which will only promote newly trained/inexperienced clinicians replacing good ones and diagnostic results will be affected by this. The management team pat themselves on the back regularly and yet don't seem to understand the roles and actual tools being used in the company. When challenged on best practice, they simply say their way or the high way.
