Relaxed work environment. Fair on-site managment.
Cons
Corporate snobs. Never lok at staff when in building. Seem aloof. Some employees pay is so poor their kids are eligiable for lunch subsidy at school.

Some coworkers are nice. And they have free snacks every Friday. s s s s s s s s s
Cons
Repetitive constant work. No room for professional growth. New employees get hired through agency and are treated unfairly. They have employers that they choose to keep because they know too much, not because they want to keep them. That’s an unhealthy position to be in as a company.
