This place is a mess, and I regret that I stayed here as long as I did! Everyone, especially anyone in leadership - lead processor and executives, are very unorganized, always pushing you off to someone else and that person never knows what's going on or pushes you off to another or the same person that told you to go to them. I've been given bad information and bad training too many times to count, causing me to re-do work, waste time, and hate my job. During my interview you raved to me that there would be training and support but there was neither, just headaches and games. I've heard the same lack of support from the contract processors and the loan officers.

Company doesn't pay timely, management is not transparent, pricing is not competitive. If you are bring self sourced business there are much better options out there. CDM is pretty pricey for their cut, & don't get a lot in return.
