Pros

There will always be people in every organization that make working within it more tolerable. There were many such individuals that I worked with there and the following cons are in no way a reflection of those amazing people. That everyday, while under stress from the company, are still helpful and respectful while the management struggles in this respect. Among others

Cons

Having the wife of the owner as the head of HR Little to no diversity of thought (or of background) at the top In office work environment is cramped, loud, and unconducive to client conversations. Has a large portion of the company working remotely (including one of the owners) yet will require you to come into the office if you live close. The hypocrisy is a little difficult to contend with. Has an overly complicated product that really requires something close to certification just to know how to run it as a client. Yet management thinks it's user friendly. There is a disconnect between the reality of the product and the belief of it's owners. I'm not leaving this to hurt ClearPoint, I'm leaving this so others don't make a mistake that would have larger implications for them than a company who won't think twice about them. This is what Glassdoor is meant for.

Pros

Great coworkers who will be lifelong friends

Cons

1) They make you pay for parking. $10 a day adds up when you're going in-office 3x a week. That's about $1500 a year they're asking you to pay to come work for them. 2) Pay is low for the work required, OTE is not accurate. No demand for the tool makes it hard to sell. 3) Micromanagement galore 4) Leadership preaches transparency but everything that comes from them seems fabricated 5) Office hours are 8:30-5:30, a whole extra hour from the typical 9-5. 6) Culture went down hill, leadership doesn't seem to care about employees

Pros

I have recently started at ClearPoint and the past few months have been amazing. The work environment is great, everybody is friendly, and happy to be there. The co-founders and supervisors really care about you, your growth, and your experience. If you are looking to grow in a company, ClearPoint would be a really great option.
