Pros
Great tight knit team! Everyone, including upper management, is approachable and pleasant to work with. If you put the work in and are proactive, you will develop strong professional relationships. Compensation is very fair. Good work life balance. Office is always stocked with snacks and coffee, and free breakfast on Fridays is a plus. Building amenities are great (fitness center, car wash, etc).
Cons
No major cons. No real opportunity for growth out of an admin role, but that was expected upon hiring so it isn’t a real con.

Pros
Everyone is extremely friendly and approachable. Upper management really strives to create a comfortable working environment by providing a variety of snacks and beverages, including breakfast treats every Friday. Overall they are more than generous to their employees. The EA’s work really well together and assist each other when needed. The jobs keeps you busy, but it is very manageable.
Cons
I honestly do not have any negative comments from my time at ClearLight.
