Growth mindset. Leadership team that is visionary and most importantly values its people. The business is continuously evolving, not afraid to make difficult decisions, however always investing in it product development and people.

Cons

None really. Its fast paced, but that's what needed to build a fast growth business.

People are recognised for their commitment, dedication and talent. Trust and autonomy given in a zero blame culture. Perks are good, including birthday day off and Christmas closures.

Cons

Change hsppens at pace which can be unsettling for some.
