      Cons

      Decision from ex-co and above change too regularly, never communicated correctly as if they don't really care how it effects employees for major changes like RTO.

      Good place to be if you're ambitious and want to have an impact

      Pros

      I've enjoyed working here. It's not easy - things move quickly and there's a lot of change - but that keeps it interesting. The people are great and I've got a supportive manager which makes a big difference day to day. Over the last year it feels like things have stepped up. There's been a lot more communication and clarity from leadership. Town halls, updates, Connect etc. feel more useful, and it's clearer where we're heading. The office is also a big step up. It's a busy environment and can feel intense at times, but the flexibility helps with balance and I like that I'm learning a lot. It definitely doesn't feel like a big corporate, which I prefer.

      Cons

      The new global structure can mean doing things multiple times, which can make things complicated and adds to workload.
