Fair compensation and benefits are provided after a probation period.

Cons

My personal opinion is that it is not family friendly unless you are the owner's family, upper management treats employees disrespectfully and has no trust in employees, and is a clique for only certain individuals that can change at a moments notice.

Communication from management is not consistent. Expectations are not clearly set out of what a high performer in the role would look like. It is expected of you to be proficient in your role in 90 days when statistically it can take up to 6 months to fully develop into your role.
