Pros

-It’s a job -they tend to treat new employees better than the older ones - so if you got hired now, you’re probably get better pay than the others and most likely will give you your preferred schedule (4 10’s, no weekends)

Cons

-They expect you to wait 4 hours before taking your first break - It’s expected to skip your 2nd break -severely understaffed - lacks a uniformed training program and trainers, everyone is trained differently -HIGH turnover rate, someone leaves every week -depending on your manager/schedule may have a weekend rotation- my weekend rotation forced me to work 6 days in a row every other week -everyone at the AZ office has worked there less than a year; the manager who was there from the beginning left a couple months ago without saying bye to anyone, and we loved her! -still establishing their PTO / attendance policy but will use it against you when they feel like it -they make you pay for covered parking with cash only, no receipts given and claim the money goes to pizza parties and lunches??? -only 1 security guard on site til 2p and the outside security cameras don’t work -seen a few large cockroaches -there AZ office is hired by a east coast company, so you’ll be working online with people in the east coast - can be cool but the east coast folks throw a lot of shade at the AZ people -NO cultural committee and no DEI practices in place

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that your time here felt impersonal, and we appreciate your honesty. Feeling like a number is never our intention—especially in a role as impactful as the one you held. Our technicians and frontline team members do meaningful, demanding work every day, and that work touches thousands of patients each week. Behind every prescription, call, or decision is a real person—a grandparent, parent, sibling, or loved one—and we do not take that responsibility lightly. We value the care and effort our team members bring to this work, and we appreciate you calling out that we can do more to show that appreciation in visible, tangible ways. As we continue to grow and change, we know that progress can feel uneven at times, and meaningful improvements don’t happen overnight. Our People team is focused on supporting employees and patients alike, while also ensuring thoughtful, sustainable decisions that allow us to continue providing stable careers and quality care. Showing up better for our teams is a priority, and we have initiatives underway into 2026 that are specifically aimed at strengthening how we support, recognize, and invest in our people. We recognize the importance of strong alignment across teams and leadership in delivering quality patient care, and your feedback helps inform that work. We wish you all the best in your next chapter.
