      Solid team, people are easy to work with Leadership is approachable Decent pay and improving structure You get real responsibility, not just busy work Effort being made to listen to employees Work feels stable, not chaotic Processes are getting better over time

      Pros

      Even though this was not my passion, I was at this job for almost 11 years. The leadership of Chris Dusza made me stay longer than expected. It was refreshing to have a boss that was a true leader who would get in the trenches with you (helped me go out to fix a mistake by a survey crew on Christmas Eve), worked on the culture daily, was fair, was a lot of fun, and gave the office energy that kept us going. Overall, I learned so much about business and the way to treat my future employees.

      Honestly, there was not much that I can point out as negative.
