Pros
The only Pro about this Company is that they will employ you 'No strings attached'
Cons
Communication ---- Non existant. They hardly ever reply to your problems even after several attempts. Pay ---- Payslips never arrived at first, and 1st bank payment went to a different bank account. I was also severely underpaid for hours worked and Accounts staff had no interest rectifying. Training---- None was given. Staff had no time. Contracts----- No Terms of Agreement or contract given. I was unaware of any holiday pay, insurance, liabilities etc. Actual job---- You use your OWN car to deliver on average 100 letters ( mostly junk mail) to on average 60 different streets and are expected to do it in record time. GPS and scanner systems were a joke, often running out of battery life. Very poor customer service. Total disatisfaction.
