Pros
It's a well respected business within the community. The hours are reasonable and of course no sundays or holidays. Working conditions are also generally pretty comfortable.
Cons
If you happen to be placed at a branch your opportunities for advancement are limited. Compared to other industries the pay scale is not that great, especially for their bottom half.
