      Collaborative coworkers and a generally respectful tone.

      Cons

      - Internal processes were painfully inefficient and confusing - Tasks shifted constantly - Priorities were rarely communicated in time - Systems were poorly developed - Simple work became frustrating and delayed due to sloppy planning and disorganization - Environment lacked the structure needed to function effectively despite not being hostile

      It isn’t as miserable to work here when you’ve got some reliable coworkers watching your back.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t suggest working here to anyone because of how abusive and hostile the managers here are! I was constantly being harassed, bullied, and insulted by them. Their unprofessional behavior and caustic personalities create a toxic work environment. Many people have actually ended up leaving the company, all because of them!

      - Chronic indecision and lack of real leadership turned everything into a mess. - Strategic goals constantly shifted, making it impossible to achieve anything meaningful or plan for long-term success. - Feedback cycles dragged on endlessly, with no sense of urgency or accountability. - Promises about growth and transparency were nothing but empty words repeated to keep people hanging on.
