Pros

-Salary -Good benefits -Good team, no one is left on their own with a problem -Possibility to work from home sometimes

Cons

-Stressful during high seasons - Early mornings to lead calls for the East Coast on high seasons -Sometimes not possible to have lunch (but you would be allowed to finish earlier if you're not scheduled on anything)
