Pros

Pretty decent pay if you're in leadership or are in engineering(Also live in the USA). Startup styled culture, have beer, play pingpong, have a standup desk, have a cool event, do a fun thing, if that's your thing. Have great coworkers, before they get pushed or burnt out.

Cons

Old views on remote work. E.g. It's okay if you want to work remotely, but don't work remotely. Startup styled culture, work too hard play too hard, but especially work too hard, if that's your thing. Work for a good cause(Help people with student loan debt), but work for a CEO(Hey there Tony) who's only focus is the payout. Not the employees, not the customers, not the student loan debt. The payout. Work for a good cause, but rely on people having debt to pay for the business to survive.
