      Cons

      Senior management are awful to deal with. Staffs comments given they work with vuneabilities is disgusting behaviour and dont get me started on HR. Just dont bother starting as you will want to leave asap.

      Pros

      The front line staff are very good and most are very family centered. The work is meaningful to the community.

      Cons

      Huge discrepancy in workloads between teams even though pay is the same. Pitiful raises over past 10 years. No respect for long term employees. ED told staff if they dont like the way management does things to just leave. Within 3 years almost half the staff left. Management gives different messages, wont back up their staff. Discrimination happens frequently and management doubles down on it when it is pointed out to them.
