Pros

I met a lot of great people. The overall work environment is good. I guess it's normal to feel like a family after working with people after a certain amount of time. The managers are fair and are flexible with shifts. All the managers I have worked with were always understanding, which made me want to help out whenever they needed it.

Cons

After the company was sold, the overall morale went down. A lot of people expressed their disdain for the new policies. People who had been with the company for so long and had given so much of their lives had their benefits taken away. After some time, they took away employee discounts and everyone was made to pay full price for food. There were many problems with suppliers and so many changes to the way they wanted everything to run. It was frustrating having to work without certain things that were basic necessities to a well run restaurant.

Pros

The company food is good, the management is really nice and its got very flexible hours. They have good people working and set up good and manageable positions. The food is good and the chicken is very tasty. The customers love the food and hail the food to be great.

Cons

the work can be hard and there is a lot of cleaning. There is alot of focus on constantly cleaning the hot case and making it look good. they should restructure the food service to focus less on the cafeteria style and find a way to serve by having food made fresh.
