      Pros

      A few good people left. Snacks. Beautiful building. Venture capital.

      Cons

      Culture and environment have been destroyed by dishonest leadership who lost site of their promises once they received their first big payouts. Product has been in trouble for a very long time and customers are most dissatisfied. It's frightening how much of the top talent has recently left. Many of the remaining employees are disgruntled. Astounding attrition at every level.

      Strong technology, great culture, a lot of opportunity, and accountable leadership.

      Cons

      None to state outside of the typical normal obstacles when you experience the fast growth Cherwell has.

      Terrible Place to Be

      Pros

      The original people who are left are passionate and amazing. Cherwell’s existing customers are trying to stick with us but having a hard time doing so.

      Cons

      Immature product that experiences frequent outages (customers don’t appreciate or tolerate outages with a SAAS application), lack of strategy and company direction, terrible benefits and constant terminations and layoffs make for a lot of instability within the ranks.
