Pros

I found nothing positive to share about this company.

Cons

Non-existent training program, quick to terminate - even in extremely short-staffed departments, extremely judgemental and acts before investigating issues. Feels like the CEO is the Wizard of Oz behind a curtain but pulling the strings. No benefits to speak of and bi-monthly paychecks.

Thank you for review. We are a values based company. If you are not a Polite and Respectful Problem Solver, Accountable, Trustworthy, or Helpful then this is not the best place for you to stay. We are a small company and we focus on hiring team members that Get, Want, and have the Capacity to do their job. If you were terminated it is because you did not fit into the values or the GWC framework. Trust that this will be the best thing that has happened to you and you will find the right company and role. ChartRequest was clearly not the right company and we placed you in the wrong role and we take full credit for that mistake. We wish you best! We always listen and respond!

The Company is Full of Cheats

Pros

NONE! I would rather stay unemployed than work in a company like this.

Cons

Too many to list. 1. The founder is racist, misogynistic and does not give any attention to the employees whatsoever 2. The HR team is practically non-existent, they never reply to employees' mails ever 3. They change your employment terms and conditions as per their whimsy 4. The owners try their hardest to not give you the remuneration promised in the employment contract 5. There are virtually no appraisals done 6. The HR is incapable of hiring or even interviewing the right candidates 7. There is no defined hierarchy in the organization - QA lead defines product, Tech lead doesn't know anything 8. There are numerous criminal cases and financial fraud cases against the owners in India - they have cheated a number of former directors of their compensations 9. The owner has also gone to the extent of forging documents and deleting emails from employee accounts 10. No appreciation whatsoever for the hardest working employees 11. Unreasonable terms of employment - notice period is 3 months, they ask you to sign bonds of months in order for you to receive remuneration promised in your contracts!

nothing except the India team who tries to make things bearable but fails as everything is top down from US

terrible work environment, no appraisals, run by unprofessional people from US, both founders are egoistic and disrespectful toward staff, racist towards Indians, not a company to work with for long term, no growth,
