Pros
ChartLogic is a long time software provider in the Healthcare IT space. A company that values the input of the employees Open to making the right decisions to allow for growth. Great access to executives who are keen to know how CL can improve The culture is being reinvented and is enjoyable and one of constant improvement. Good benefits... 401K match is impressive.
Cons
Not centrally located in the valley. Commute time is a bit longer than preferred. Medical insurance is a little costly, but still good.

Cons
The culture is pretty relaxed, or was before they were purchased my med-sphere. Often times that was a positive, but there were times it got a bit uncomfortable. Haven't worked there since they were purchased.
