A very friendly environment with a ton of events and activities throughout the year. Highly competitive and strives for innovation.
Cons
Too much time spent giving themselves awards. Management seems to make key personnel changes and new business decisions on a whim, often failing to produce results or adequate explanation.

Manager and Director need to learn how to do there jobs instead of falling for adolescent bs, they are so easily manipulated by employees, having inappropriate relationships with employees, yea people noticed! Sooooo many HR issues over the stupidest stuff! It is NOT a diverse workplace. Travel is too far and it's uncomfortable to work there. I really wouldn't waste my time. You work hard and don't get raises, but you will get more responsibilities. It's a very entry level job, sold as a technical twist, it is NOT
