      Pros

      The people with whom I work, lead, mentor, and directly report to have been quite a pleasure. I have learned much in this organization in its quick rise up and its fall down.

      Cons

      Expense control, both from executive leadership standpoint and line or division team leads (should have known better fresh off the last financial debacle cycle). Needed to live the values vs talk the values.
