Very transparent with their employees with everything that happens there in terms of leadership. People are generally really nice and it's easy to deal with more complex problems at work due to this factor

Cons

The good transparency they show doesn't translate well with career growth there. Better compensation is something hard to fight for. Working in co development environments can be very stressing due to a series of reasons
