Pros
Great benefits and a mission driven organization……if they would follow the mission
Cons
Most of the leadership are conflict adverse so they let issues and bad staffing choices fester. Don’t set clear expectations. Fail to adhere to promises made during the hiring process. Their mission is great but they don’t practice what they preach. They don’t provide a path to advancement. They say they appreciate feedback but they do nothing with it. They make organizational wide changes before they are fully fleshed out and then can’t answer staff questions.

Amazing people in all departments. A lot of collaboration with colleagues and every day is different!
