      Pros

      Friendly environment, great benefits and pay, open line of communication with management, room for growth and opportunity, lots of paid holidays, great place to work as long as you can keep up with fast pace and decision making.

      Cons

      Parking. Need to get here early so you don’t end up parking on the street.

      There's good people there, just not management!!!

      Cons

      If you ever get a call for an interview with this company, because it doesn't matter what you do or how long you've been there, management could not care any less!!! It is a toxic environment due to management!!!

      Pros

      54 cents per mile travel reimbursement. Great views from the top of a 200 foot smoke stack. You're never stuck in an office. Everyday is something different. You get to travel everyday and see different parts of the city, and meet different people. Start early leave early. Pretty laid back, nothing too crazy.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get called for emergency work at night. Driving is a requirement not an option, meaning you have to maintain a car and deal with NYC parking everyday. I didn't mind but for some it may be an issue. Climbing smokestacks in the Winter.
