Pros
The technical part of my job was very enjoyable. I found some good friends there.
Cons
The business is run so incredibly poorly. As an example, I pitched ideas for products to build, built them, and could never even get anyone in sales or product to want to pitch them. We also had absolutely no direction. I was laid off simply because my boss had a friend that he wanted to give my job to. The wife of one of the members of the c-suite is a direct report to that member. It's madness.
