None. This place is seriously THE WORST environment ever. One person even had to seek mental therapy from the abuse suffered here

Cons

Not enough space to list them all. The "office" is like something from a SAW movie. The directors are huge bullies who treat their employees like trash. Are you excited about the prospect of working evenings, weeknights, and NOT getting paid for it? Then this is the place for you.

Good hours, windows and the ability to use the washroom.

Cons

Managers are really off the wall. They don't live near Toronto and have a twisted reality of what life is like here. No room for growth just room for metrics.

Not many, you can make some good connections, learn a few skills, and help support a good cause .

Cons

Be very careful, upper management is absolutely horrible. They treat their employees like their disposable calling machines. There's a major disconnect between departments which causes animosity and jealousy. The COO once took the half the room out for lunch and didn't even wave goodbye to the other half. Depending on what event you work for in Canada you can receive a lot of abuse from the beneficiary. It is a very strange thing because you feel like you are doing good but working for an ultimately evil company.
