Cons

Upper management is old-school, good ol’ boys club and out of touch with the current times. High turnover rate throughout the company and micromanagement.

Pros

Company actively promotes teamwork spirit. Almost daily encourages the use of personal protective gear. Lots of room for career growth.

Cons

Computer systems are extremely outdated, like black screen with green text in some cases or a typical day you be 5-10 tabs open to entirely different websites outdated. While IT is very helpful in navigating, it’s a bit of a strange look at best for a company that is seemingly doing very well financially.
