Carson has really made great decisions in light of uncertainty and is a great place to either start or continue your career. The President of the company is heavily invested in making the most of employees time and ensures that people are heard. As a Sales Director you have uncapped commissions, with hard work and dedication you can really make a difference in your compensation fairly quickly. Excellent work/life balance even when traveling!
Cons
Benefits and Retirement plan leave something to be desired. As growth continues, this will likely improve.
